Hello, I’m Chené (Qiong) He, UX/Product Designer

I am a Senior UX/Product Designer based in Zurich. My specialty is taking complex business challenges and high-tech systems and turning them into simple, elegant, and effective digital experiences. I rely on user research, clear data, and advanced Figma skills to build products that work well and look great.


My professional path is a valuable journey from Luxury Brand Management to Product Design. This experience gives me a unique mix of skills:

• Business Insight: My years in the luxury watch industry (like Eterna) taught me how to develop strong business strategies, manage stakeholders, and lead teams. I use this commercial knowledge to make sure design decisions directly support business growth.

• Technical Adaptability: When I moved into the Robotics and B2B tech space, I learned to quickly understand complex hardware and technical processes. This proves I can tackle any complicated domain and design an intuitive interface for it.

• The Builder: I am strongest at building products from scratch (0-to-1), setting up Design Systems for long-term growth, and simplifying complicated user flows.
